Nothing says stylish wedding favors quite like wine does. It gives an air of elegance & says to your guests that nothing is too good for them.

Wine wedding favors does not have to mean expensive bottles of fine wine; neither does it have to mean cheap wine themed decorations. Wine themed wedding favors are far more sophisticated these days & you will find a range of little gifts that will delight not only your guests but also your budget!

You may well be surprised by some of the wine wedding favors you find, whilst others will be far more familiar to you. Here are just a few that you will come across:

Bottle stoppers are probably the most obvious after actual bottles of wine themselves. These are amongst the most popular wedding favors of recent times, combining style, elegance & functionality in one item. There are many styles available so you can coordinate them with just about any wedding theme or style. They will come in a variety of materials, from silver plate & glass, to crystal & brass. You will also find whimsical resin ones, rubber ones & old fashioned cork.

Bottle openers or corkscrews are another alternative for your wedding favors & you will find traditional styles through to key ring versions, handy for those who like the outdoor life!

For something a little more expensive you could consider engraved wine glasses or silver goblets. For a slightly less expensive idea, why not look at customized wine coasters which have a practical use as well.

For a small intimate wedding & if you have the budget, why not give your guests wedding favors of boxed sets of vintage or fine wine with an accompanying glass?

You will find wine themed wedding favors in many guises, so it is important to find the one that fits with the style of your wedding. Whatever your choice you are assured of giving out favors that have style & elegance written all over them.

This will b my first shop all on my own and I would like 4the name to reflect upon me, my design style & also a little of my italian heritage. I have gotten wonderful feedback from this and was so impressed with all of the responses. I am approaching this like I did with both of my daughters, but I had months to choose their names.LOL! The bottom line is that there were quite a few suggestions, and i keep changing my fav name, but because of diff pieces of info I have been given, FloraBella is the new front runner and I would like to test this one out and see what kind of response this gets.Is it unique enough, easy to remember and to say?Does it appeal to all ages&occasions, weddings&funerals, kids for proms? The other contenders were Bella Fiore – Fiore della Vita – OR ba-da Bloom. My idea is still 2 somehow use ba-da bloom as a tagline in ads, on the back of my t-shirts b/c its an attention getter, easy to read, but a little hard 2say all the time&may not btaken serioulsy. Planning Your Wedding Invitations

Planning a wedding is not an easy thing to do. The larger the wedding is the tougher it becomes to make sure every aspect is taken care of and is just how you imagined it would be. One main thing to remember is the wedding invitations.

Making sure you have the ideal wedding invitation is a must as it portrays a message of the style and image of your wedding. More importantly the wedding invitations have all the details regarding the venue, date and time etc of the wedding.

It can be easy to forget when surrounded by friends and family that not everyone will know exactly where and when you’re wedding will be. Therefore providing a map with the wedding invitations is sometimes a good idea.

The first thing you must think about is how many people you will be inviting to the wedding. Make a list of the people and factor in their guests as well. Once you have a number in you’re mind you will then need to think about your budget.

We all know that the cost of weddings can be astounding and it is normally the modest incidentals like wedding invitations that cause costs to twirl out of control.

Some wedding invites ordered from a shop or printers offer pre set template designs where all you have to do is fill in the blanks. A good idea would be to ask around and in particular couples that have just got married for advice on where to get the best deals.

Traditionally it is the mother and father of the bride who send out the invitations albeit in name only. The wedding invitations should read

“Phil and Susan Stevens request the pleasure of the company of Derek Smith to celebrate the marriage of their daughter Jennifer to David Dunn (Note that only the brides first name is used on the wedding invitations) To be held at ST Paul’s church on the 9th of June 2010 at 17:00pm” The invitation should also provide details of where the reception will be held. Together with a map providing directions to the church a reply card should also be included, traditionally stating:

“Thank-you for your kind invitation to Jennifer and David Dunn’s wedding

I/We will/will not be able to attend.”

The reply card should request the guests detail any unique dietary requirements for instance if they are vegetarian or have any food allergies.

It’s a fact that any bride should never underestimate the importance of wedding jewellery. The right choice of jewellery will complete bridal attire, while the wrong choice of wedding jewellery will compete against bridal attire. So what are the rules in choosing your wedding jewels? Well, there aren’t really any, but here are just a few simple hints to ensure you really do sparkle on such a precious day.

Dress Rehearsal

It’s simply ‘a must’ to purchase your dress before you begin looking for wedding jewellery as the style, colour and neckline can dictate which jewellery you can go for. The style of the dress will need to be enhanced by your jewels to ensure balance. In general, simple straight modern dresses are complimented by contemporary understated styles; fairytale gowns can carry off jewel-dropping pieces and vintage-inspired dresses are complimented by antique style wedding jewellery.

Neckline Necessities

Once you have decided on the style to compliment your dress, you will need to consider the neckline when choosing a necklace. Strapless and spaghetti strap necklines are the most versatile and practically any type of necklace will work. An ideal style of wedding jewellery, with such an exposed décolleté, is a jewelled bib-style necklace which will provide balance and prevent the bride from feeling too bare. With V-necklines, following the line of the V shape by wearing a chic and simple pendant ensures elegance without competing with the dress. An asymmetric neckline is possibly the only neckline where a necklace should be avoided as the lines tend to clash and appear overly ‘fussy’. Instead it is wise to opt for a dazzling pair of earrings and matching bracelet.

Colour Crazy

With more and more brides injecting subtle colour into their bridal attire with wedding jewellery, deciding on clear or coloured jewels is yet another choice for brides to consider. Classic clear crystal wedding jewellery is timeless and will look chic and stylish in wedding photographs for years to come. For brides opting for white flowers, clear jewels are the perfect compliment and for evening ceremonies, nothing takes the place of sparkling jewels emulating the look of diamonds, for stylish glamour.

Of course, a splash of colour provides a refreshing change and can be cleverly worked into a wedding for chic co-ordination. Wearing wedding jewellery in the same colour as your bridesmaids’ dresses or flowers will beautifully enhance a colour theme. Alternatively choosing jewels in a seasonal shade will create an instant colour theme – wedding jewellery adorned ruby red crystals is perfect for adding warmth to a Christmas wedding; bronze jewels will enhanced autumn weddings; pastels are perfect for Spring and hot summer ceremonies can carry of tropical inspired wedding jewellery to perfection.

With some careful thought of your wedding dress style, colour theme and wedding theme, choosing the right wedding jewellery isn’t such a daunting task. A great tip is to continually picture the overall look you hope to achieve as it is easy to lose sight of your ‘dream look’ when presented with many different styles and designs of wedding jewellery. It’s also helpful to take any magazine cuttings of jewellery you like with you.

Remember to check out magazine coverage of celebrity weddings too, and you’ll be sure to look just like a star bride yourself.

There are tons of different wedding themes and you can even make up your own theme. However, you may find it difficult to make the final decision because there are really too many choices. As a result, a little guide for choosing your wedding theme can be useful to you. The followings are some of the tips for you to make your decision.

It is not easy to evaluate if a wedding theme is suitable for you. However, you may try to start to think of your theme based on the preferences of you and your spouse. You may also need to consider the preferences of your friends and relatives who may attend to your wedding. Of course it is your big day at the end of the day. The preferences of your friends and relatives should only be a reference to your choice. If you are a person who loves something simple, you will probably make your wedding a simple one. However, you may take a totally different approach if you would like to make your big day really special and unique.

There is no doubt that you can get some insight from bridal magazines. You may even search for different ideas on your wedding theme on the web. As I always suggest, Google and Yahoo are our friends when we are searching on the web. You can certainly find tons of tips from the magazines and websites. There will also be tips for choosing the themes from these sources.

If you have made your final decision on your wedding theme, you should try your best to make all your other decisions to follow your theme. For example, you may need to make your wedding favor bearing the concept of a beach or the sea if you are going to host a beach wedding. In fact, it is not a really easy task to do this. As a result, you should always review your decisions so that you can make sure that they are following your wedding theme. Your guests will certainly be impressed if you can make all your wedding items to follow your wedding theme.

Besides, you will need to search for a venue which can host your wedding. It will be impossible to have a beach wedding if you cannot find a beach. Based on your wedding theme, you will also consider issues that may affect your wedding. Taking an outdoor wedding as an example, you should have plans in cases it rains. Renting some marquees can be a good idea in such case. You need to be very careful when you are considering such issues.

It is not difficult to evaluate which theme suits you the best. The key is research and consistence. You will need to do your research well before making your final decision. Besides, you should also be consistent in a way that all your decisions follow your wedding theme. You may also consult your wedding planner in order to make your wedding more perfect.

Coming up with the perfect tables for your wedding involves a lot of work and can really make or break how your theme works out. You have to think about matching the wedding favors with the place card holders and all the other decorations at your wedding. So it’s not all that surprising that sometimes people forget to consider the most important part of a wedding table – the centerpiece.

The centerpiece at your tables should be something very elegant and exquisite, something that adds height to your table without blocking the viewing range between guests so you don’t put a stopper in conversations. You want all of your guests to be immensely impressed with your choice of centerpiece at the table. Well, there are obviously a lot of options and you need to hone in on what you really want as your theme and what kinds of centerpieces will work with that theme. Think about these following questions. Do I want something soft and traditional? Do I want something that’s loud and spontaneous? What kind of personality do I have and how will I show that off to my guests?

Sometimes it’s hard to pick the right centerpiece, but online shopping certainly makes it easier because you can sit down in your home and just pick out the most absolutely perfect centerpiece and have it delivered directly to your doorstep without any hassle at all. So, think about what you want to convey to your guests while you take a look at these few suggestions of the hundreds of selections available to you through online shopping.

Tiki Torch Centerpieces:

What a great way to keep away the bugs while adding the beautiful glow of a flame to all the tables at your outdoor or beach themed wedding. These tiki torches are made of real bamboo and have a wide base so that they will easily stand in the center of your table and give a really comfortable feeling to all of your guests sitting around it. The stem of the torch is decorated with hemp and sea shells to really make it a great functional addition to your decorations. These torches are sold in pairs of two so that it makes it even easier to order the perfect amount for your wedding tables.

Bowl Pedestal:

This clear bowl pedestal is shining with simple beauty and will add some sparkle to your wedding table especially if you put some candles in the center. You can surround a large pillar candle with any color flowers to match your theme. You can even try filling the bowl with some water and putting in floating tea lights for a kind of fantasy look that will really get the romance going. This will really bring some magic to the evening.

Fillable Glass Cylinder:

This set of three glass cylinders is the perfect way of adding some height variation into your table and since they are hollow glasses, you can play with height even more by filling each one with different colorful items or simply putting a couple of delicate flowers in each cylinder. These will make your guests ask questions about where you got the idea for such a great wedding centerpiece and they will be talking about them all night.
